Our Executive Search is a highly effective way of identifying and attracting the best talent for our clients more strategic requirements. This approach to recruitment ensures that the best pool of candidates is identified and includes all relevant individuals with the skills and experiences required to deliver against the specific needs of our clients.

We work with our clients to advise on potential sources of talent and to identify target organisations where high performing individuals can be located. Cyber Execs also leverage our extensive database of contacts with previous experience of operating in similar roles and organisations in order to identify candidates to approach. All approaches made by our Search Team are made confidentially to ensure the integrity of our projects.

Once the target individuals have been identified, our researchers will approach these individuals discreetly to establish their suitability and interest with a view to bringing them in for an initial confidential meeting.

Our Search Consultants engage with candidates for roles by completing an in-depth, objective and inclusive interview to determine which candidates possess the required competencies and characteristics, and the desired organisational and cultural fit, before presenting a detailed shortlist for further discussion.

Contract Recruitment

Contractors are expected to make a difference on day one. No induction, no training, just, “there’s the challenge, please get on with it”. To ensure all our contractors are up to the mark we require them to complete an online technical skills assessment to ensure suitability and competence.

We track technical contractors across all vertical disciplines so we’re confident we can match any requirement your business may require.
