As the CRO you will hold the SM4 and be primarily responsible for the bank’s recovery plan and resolution pack overseeing the internal processes regarding their governance.
Additionally you will manage the firm’s internal stress-test, ensuring accuracy and timelines of information provided to the PRA and other regulatory bodies for the purpose of stress-testing.
Job Purpose:

A senior level role, reporting to the CFO, with a core focus on financial governance and control, financial support processes, and the quality assurance of my clients financial outputs to achieve its overall vision and value for money objectives.
Knowledge and Expertise/What I need to know:
*Financial thought leadership
*How to engage effectively with, and support, internal customers to meet their needs and help them achieve their objectives.
*How to effectively manage, negotiate and influence a range of senior internal and external stakeholders
*Qualified highly numerate accountant with significant post qualified experience and demonstrable financial expertise at a senior level with the ability to engage effectively with Senior Executives
*Demonstration of speed of risk balanced decision making
*Excellent communication skills
*Demonstrable knowledge and ability to create and apply effective financial governance and control policies, standards and processes
*Abide to produce an annual report and accounts (ARAC) to the internal and external standards required
